- Deadline for Papers submission: July 1st (videos can be uploaded 3 days after the deadline)
- Deadline for Videos: July 4th
- Deadline for Workshops & Tutorials proposals: July 3rd
- Notification of acceptance of papers: September 9th
- Notification of acceptance of workshops & tutorials: July 31st
- Final Paper submission: October 6th
Presentations onsite
- Workshops and Tutorials will take place on November 22nd
- Paper presentation (poster and oral) will take place on November 23rd and 24th
