Tickets spéciaux programme outreach: découvrir une conference de robotique humanoïde (18+ ans)

Il s’agit d’un billet d’entrée à tarif réduit qui donne accès à la conférence pendant une journée aux étudiants/étudiantes du secondaire et de l’université. Les étudiants auront accès aux pauses café mais pas au déjeuner ni aux événements sociaux. Ils/Elles pourront découvrir une conférence sur la robotique, assister à des séances de présentation orales et de posters (attention: la langue de la conference est l’anglais !), et visiter la zone d’exposition et de compétition. Il s’agit d’une occasion exceptionnelle pour les étudiants/étudiantes de s’épanouir et d’être inspirés pour poursuivre leur carrière dans le domaine de la robotique !

Pour obtenir un ticket, les étudiants/étudiantes doivent d’abord poser leur candidature sur ce site, individuellement; l’un/e de leurs professeur/e/s doit agir en tant que contact et parrain. Idéalement, nous attendons d’un professeur qu’il nous contacte auparavant et nous donne la liste des étudiants/étudiantes. Chaque étudiant/étudiante doit fournir une lettre de recommandation du/de la professeur/e et la preuve qu’il/elle est inscrit/inscrite dans un programme d’enseignement secondaire ou universitaire. Une fois examiné le dossier et établi que le/la candidat est eligible à ce programme, l’étudiant/e recevra une mail de confirmation avec un code de reduction pour obtenir son billet. Le code de reduction doit être utilisé sur le site de registration: il valide le ticket special et permet d’avoir un ticket nominatif à 0 euro (les premiers 100 tickets) ou 50 euro.

Special outreach program tickets: discover a humanoid robotics conference (18+ years old)

This is a discounted one-day ticket that gives access to the conference for one day to students of high school and University. Students will have access to coffee breaks but not to lunch or social events. They can discover a robotics conference, attend poster and oral sessions, and visit the exhibition and competition area. This is an exceptional opportunity for the students to grow and be inspired to continue their careers in robotics!

Students must first apply on this website; one of their professors must act as a contact for them and endorse their application. Ideally, we are expecting a professor to contact us before and give us the list of students. Each student must provide a letter of endorsement by one professor and proof of being enrolled in a high school or University program. When the application is examined and the eligibility of the student to this program is established, the student will receive a confirmation email with a discount code. The discount code must be used on the registration website: it enables the special ticket, under the name of the applicant, for the cost of 0 euro (for the first 100 tickets) or 50 euro.
