Conference Registration Fee Includes:

Online access to the conference proceedings.  In-person access to all oral presentations, keynotes, exhibitions, competitions, and networking activities (Exhibitors & Sponsors, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Conference Banquet, Farewell Party) for Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 of November + Welcome Reception on Friday 22 November.
Happy Hours, YP and WIE Lunches are free, but have limited spots.
Please note that the Conference registration fee does not include access to the workshops: to attend the workshops, people need to register for the Workshops.

Author Guidelines / Policies: 

  1. The deadline to register online is on November 15, 2024. Onsite registrations will be possible on Nov 22-23-24, but lunches and dinners for onsite registrations are not guaranteed.
  2. The maximum number of papers per registration is 2. Student Registrations may only submit 1 paper. If an author is associated with more than 2 papers, a co-author of the additional papers must register accordingly.
  3. The maximum number of pages per paper is 8 (including index, references, etc.). Additional pages are not permitted.
  4. Thanks to the RAS Member Support Program, RAS will offer one discount of 160 USD (145 €) per accepted paper to one of the authors. The user of the discount code must be an IEEE RAS Member. The discount will be applied during the online registration.

Workshops & Tutorials Registration Fee Includes: 

In-person access to all workshops and tutorials, for Friday 22 November. The conference program will include numerous full and half-day workshops and tutorials: attendees will have the option to participate in as many as they like for one fee. Coffee breaks and lunch for Friday 22 are included. Social activities and events are not included.

Workshop organizer Guidelines / Policies:

  1. At least one workshop organizer must register and be present at the workshop.

  3. Thanks to the RAS Member Support Program, RAS will offer one discount of 160 USD (145 €) per accepted workshop to one of the organizers. The user of the discount code must be an IEEE RAS Member. The discount will be applied during the online registration.

Special tickets:

Special tickets for exhibitors, visitors, and guests can be purchased online.

Exhibition only: In-person access to exhibition & competitions for one day only. It includes coffee breaks and lunch for one day, which can be chosen in the online registration form. It does not include dinners or social activities. Onsite registrations will be possible on November 22-23-24, but lunch for onsite registrations is not guaranteed.

Banquet only: this is a guest ticket that only grants access to the banquet. It can only be purchased online; banquet for onsite registrations is not guaranteed.

Outreach program ticket: this is a special day ticket for high-school and young University students who are not enrolled in a PhD program and are eligible for the Outreach Program. It gives access to the conference for one day (scientific program, exhibitions & competitions). Only coffee breaks are included. Lunch, dinner, and social activities are not included. The first 100 tickets are free thanks to IEEE RAS funding. To get this special ticket, a student must be eligible: the Outreach Chairs have created an application form to examine applications and decide if students are eligible. Eligible students will receive a discount code to be used in the registration portal, which will enable the ticket and set it to 0 euro (for the first 100 tickets) or 50 euro. If you don’t have the code, the ticket is not enabled. Check this outreach page to know if you are eligible for this ticket.

 

Member Support Program:

Thanks to the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, we offer discount codes and travel grants to support the participation of RAS members in the conference.

Discount codes (160 USD) 

For IEEE RAS Members who are paper authors or workshop organizers: the RAS Member Support Program has decided to donate a 160 USD (145 €) discount on your registration rate! The discount code was communicated to the authors of accepted papers and workshops via email with the acceptance decisions. Add the discount code when you register in the appropriate area (see below): the discount will be applied to the registration fees at the payment.

RAS Travel grants (1000 USD) 

IEEE RAS Members and Student Members may be eligible for a RAS Travel Award of up to 1000 USD. Check the Travel Awards page for more details.
