Final Paper Submission:

For Papers:

Humanoids conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper must have paid the registration fee for the final paper upload. Information regarding the registration for the conference is provided here. Papers without any author with registration for the conference will not be included in the conference program and proceeding. After paying the registration, authors will receive an upload fee code, which they have to add to the paper upload form in Papercept:

The maximum number of pages per paper is 8, bibliography included: no extra pages are allowed! Please note that there is no extra page costs.

Please prepare the final version of your paper considering the comments and suggestions of the reviewers and associate editor. By logging into your PaperPlaza account at http://ras.papercept.net, you can access your paper’s reviews and its iThenticate report.

The submission of the final version of your manuscript is due by ** October 10, 2024 ** through PaperPlaza.

When submitting the final paper, authors must also upload their paper summary for the Digest, using the following Powerpoint template.

Please submit your Workshop or Tutorial description to ostasse@laas.fr using the following Word document, before October 10. This document will appear in the Conference Digest.
